This page explains the demo-request form on this CareViu marketing website.

Information you submit

The form stores your name, work email, optional phone number, organization, role, facility type, organization size, message, request type and the page you submitted from. Requests are saved in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database accessible through the authenticated Cloudflare account. The website has no public request-list endpoint.

Website services

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes network requests. Fonts load from Google Fonts. This site does not include advertising or analytics scripts. Rate limiting uses your network address to help prevent automated submissions.
